Card #7 in 2017 Topps Baseball is no longer Mickey Mantle

Since 1996, Topps Card #7 has belonged to Mickey Mantle, or nobody. With 2017, Topps has made a major change of course and beginning with this year's issue, Card # 7 will have a current emerging star. Topps still wanted it to be a New York Yankee, so for 2017, Card # 7, was assigned to Gary Sanchez.
